Timothy Olson

Outside TV has called Tim Olson “one of the most prolific professional trail runners of this generation.” A two-time winner and record holder of Western States 100 Mile race, Tim has shown himself to be a front-runner in the ultrarunning scene. Based in Boulder, Colorado, he enjoys long runs up mountains, challenging his body, mind and spirit and balancing his passions of family, running, nutrition and a mindful lifestyle. Olson owns and operates Run Mindful Retreats.
